Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. However, we can offer an exchange because the exchange right is valid for 100 days.

In order to exercise your right to return, you must first inform us of your request.Please contact us at support@berglust-help.com. SendDo not return any items to us until everything has been agreed upon.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

Some items are completely non-returnable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products

Please do not send the purchased items to back to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl records that have been opened.
*Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
* Items returned after 30 days from delivery.

Refunds
When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will automatically be credited.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account.

Offer items
A refund can only be made for regular-priced items; unfortunately, offer items are excluded from refunds.

Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, send us an email to support@berglust-help.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher equal to the purchase value when you return the item. As soon as we receive the returned item, you will receive a voucher by email.

If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase or sent to the gift giver, the refund will be made to the gift giver and the gift giver will be notified of the return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to: Lágymányosi Utca 12. fszt. 2, 1111 Hungary. However, only with prior agreement.

You must pay the shipping costs to return your item yourself. Unless the item you received was not the item you ordered or it was in a different condition than advertised on the website. Then you do not have to pay the shipping costs for the return.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you returned.
