- We print / embroider and ship from Cologne, Germany.

- From 80€ shipping to all countries is free.
- To Germany, Austria and Italy the shipping flat rate €4.99.
- To all other EU countries the shipping flat rate is also €4.99.
- To Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Great Britain the shipping flat rate is €9.99.
- The VAT is included in the price.
Delivery time:
- 3-5 working days within Germany.
- 3-7 working days to Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Liechtenstein.
- 3-9 working days to other European countries.

Other:
- After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipment number* and you can send your shipment via dhl.com or tracking.dpd.de track.
