• All design themed items are made to order. This means that every customer receives a unique item.
• We print / embroider and ship from Cologne, Germany.

Cost:

• From 80€ shipping to all countries is free.
• To Germany, Austria and Italy the shipping flat rate €4.99.
• To all other EU countries the shipping flat rate is also €4.99.
• To Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Great Britain the shipping flat rate is €9.99.
• The VAT is included in the price.

Delivery time:

• 3-5 working days within Germany.
• 3-7 working days to Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Liechtenstein.
• 3-9 working days to other European countries.
• 3-15 business days to USA & Canada.

Other:

• After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipment number* and you can send your shipment via dhl.com or tracking.dpd.de track.

*Shipment tracking is currently only available for Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

In order to protect the environment and do something good, we ask you to be precise when selecting the size of our clothing items.

Since the majority of our products are made to order, returned goods do not offer any added value for us.

However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you not only have the right of withdrawal for 30 days, but also a Exchange policy of 100 days.
