The journey begins in Bonn city center, where the famous cherry blossoms attract tourists from all over the world. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate and the flowers weren't in their full glory. But that didn't stop the hiking group from continuing their journey.

The Siebengebirge is calling

After the group left the urban areas of Bonn behind them, the path led deeper into the Siebengebirge. Here, surrounded by dense forests and the gentle patter of rain, you felt closer to nature. A particular highlight was a viewing point that offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding area.

After a few kilometers the group took a well-deserved break at the refreshment center. Here they strengthened themselves for the further journey and exchanged stories and experiences. Despite the rain and the changes to the travel plan, the mood was cheerful and relaxed.

The original plan was to climb the Drachenfels. However, due to the weather and advanced time, the group decided to postpone this part of the trip. Instead, we went down to Königswinter, where a picturesque boat trip on the Rhine awaited them.
