Order

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS.

If you haven't received one, contact us using the contact form. We'll then take care of everything. It's best to check your spam folder first, maybe it's there.

If the order has not yet gone into production, this is possible. The sooner you write to us, the more likely it is that the change will go through.

You can redeem the code at checkout. To do this, click on "View order summary" and enter the code in the field. You can also redeem it in the last step “Payment”.

Shipment

- If you order from Germany in 3-5 working days, as we ship directly from Cologne.

- If you order from Austria, Switzerland, Italy or Liechtenstein, it can take between 3-7 working days.

- To other countries in Europe it can take between 3-9 working days.

We deliver throughout Europe, as well as to the USA and Canada.

Yes, we also deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. If fees apply. such as customs, we will take care of these for you as long as they correspond to the known standard fees. Please contact us via email with the invoice.

From 60€ shipping to all countries is free.

To Germany, Austria and Italy The shipping flat rate is €4.99.

To the EU, USA & Canada the shipping flat rate is 4. 99€.

To Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Great Britain the shipping flat rate is 9.99€.

As a rule, the tracking number that we send you by email or SMS is provided with a link. Click on this to go to the shipment status page.

Attention: Shipment tracking is currently only available to Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Our shipping partners are DHL and DPD.

Products

The products are printed using Kornit direct printing.

Please note the following things when washing: 1) Only wash for the first time 5 days after receipt, as the print on the clothing is still very fresh when it arrives. 2) The print should be inside, so wash inside out. 3) The temperature should not exceed 30 degrees.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer personalization.

Clothing sizes

Our products are normal in size.

With the size chart you can easily find your right size. To do this, lay your favorite clothes flat. Then use a tape measure to determine the width and height. Compare these measurements with the size table (you can find this on the product page) and find your size.

Report an error

If there is a problem with the product you ordered, we take full responsibility for it. Please register a complaint here and we will resolve it immediately: Complaint.

If you have received a faulty product, we will easily replace it. You do not have to send the defective product back to us.

Exchange and cancellation

You can register a return here: Return form.

We ask you not to do this as the products are printed to order. Please refer to the size chart that you can find on the product page and order the size that suits you. If the item doesn't fit, you can of course exchange the products. With us this is possible for 100 days.

In addition to our exchange right of 100 days, you have a right of withdrawal of 30 days.

After receiving the return, processing can take 2-5 working days.

If you return the entire order, you do not need to pay the invoice.

If you return part of the order, please pay the other part that you keep.

You should If you still receive a payment request email from us in error, please reply to this email with the information that you paid for one part and sent the other back. This will solve the misunderstanding.

As most of our products are printed to order and returned goods will most likely never be purchased in the same color and size again due to the large variety, we cannot currently cover the return shipping costs.

Unless you decide to accept your refund in the form of a voucher. We then add the amount paid for the return to the voucher and it is therefore defacto free of charge.
