Production:

• All items with design motifs are made to order. This means that every customer receives a single piece.
• We print and ship from Cologne, Germany.

Cost:

• From 60€ shipping to all countries is free.
• To Germany, Austria and Italy, the shipping flat rate is 4.99€.
• In the EU, the shipping flat rate is 5.99€.
• To Switzerland & Liechtenstein the shipping flat rate is €9.99.
• The VAT is included in the price .

Delivery time:

• 3-5 working days within Germany.
• 3-7 working days to Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Liechtenstein.
• 3-9 business days to other countries in Europe.

Other:

• After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number and you can track your shipment via dhl.com.
• If you have ordered outside Germany, DHL usually hands over your shipment to the local delivery services, such as Post AG in Austria. You can then still track the shipment via dhl.de.
